What is your thinking on the theory of Givers and Takers ?

Does this change though out one's life time ? Is it a co dependant issue ? Please consider your answer before posting.

Update:

Can you tell me the one time, where we all are giving and taking at the same time

I think when you are a giver, you will always be the giver.. Never the taker. Its not in your personality to be dependent on someone else. As far at takers are concerned. They are self centered and not able to be in a position to lead... because their first thought is for themselves. I am a giver... I would never want to be a taker.. My pride and independent nature would never tolerate using someone else for my own person gain...
