Dear Believers in Christ. . .?

I think the signs are falling into place he said when the word is preached into all the world then the end will come. Who knows look how quickly the wall fell. Things can fall into place very quickly. When ever he does those that are ready to meet him will be caught up with him in the air it will be a wonderful time for those people but if not ready an awful time. Be ready OK Peace and God bless.

I know that this will seem odd to many out there who are Christian and unbelievers too.

But if God operated with things on the Earth other than the Bible and those whom He chose out of the world, then He may have laid some direction in the ancient civilization of the Mayans.

So this is not a prophecy, it's just a question concerning an observation. Okay? Don't come back to me and ask me what happened if the time passes. I am NOT telling you that this is definitely going to happen.

But as near as I can tell, there is a co relation with the prophesies concerning the Mayan calendar and the Book of Revelation. Also Matthew 24 for that matter.

If what is described by the scholars who have studied the Mayan calendar is accurately portrayed, then what they describe as the events that occur on December 21, 2012 pretty much match what the Bible says about when Jesus breaks the sixth seal in the Book of Revelation.

So at whatever point Jesus breaks the sixth seal, I think that COULD be December 21, 2012.

What we can do about it is just wait and see!

I think the end of the world as we know it is right around the corner, all the terrorist have been quiet on the homefront, I think something big is going to happen soon. As far as the 2nd coming of Christ? It could be now? How many people realized he was here in the first place??? Only the disciples and random people that listened as he preached. Most people thought he was some crazy dude, just babbeling....How would you recognize Him today?

we are close, the signs are showing. We should be careful not to fall "asleep" with the distractions of this world, rather we should be awake and diligant in daily prayer, fasting, penance, holy Sacraments (Catholics, Orthodox Christians). The "rapture" is anti-Biblical, it was made up 200 years ago, it was never taught by the Catholic Church in its 2000 years of existance, we just await the 2nd coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I think the live of Christ was the half way point, so we only have a few billions years to go- course it could end tomorow whilse im in the shower or something

Very soon. The bible says that when we see Israel surrounded by armies that the end is at the door. Israel is surrounded by armies. I think of surrounded as being on every side. I know that two sides of Israel are surrounded at this point. That would leave two other sides still clear. Pray for Israel!

eh, it is 2000 years sooner than it was. the end of days began when Christ ascended into glory.

it could happen at any time i suppose, a year from now, ten, another thousand. God's time isn't ours, we should just stay ready for it.

what is time in contrast to eternity? it is coming though.

They always think it's "in the next 5 years".
