Stop Soliciting Calls!?
My mom's co-worker has this problem. Between the times of 8:12-8:15 am every morning (incl Sat and Sun) she gets a phone call of a pre recording of a minister. The numbers that show up are 866-907-3537 and 186-690-7353 (yes the last number is correct!) However, when you call the toll free number back it says that the number is disconnected or no longer in service. When she called her phone company (Bellsouth) about blocking the number, they were able to trace the call but couldn't do anything about it cause it was a soliciting number. Is there anything else she can do? Thanks!

Try http://www.donotcall.gov./ It's the national do not call registry. Solicitors has 31 days to stop calling that number and then cannot call the number. The only exception is if she's signed up for any drawings and sweepstakes. Signing those sheets gives the solicitors on that sheet permission to call her number unless she checked a box saying don't contact.
