  • Whose responsibility is it?

I received a car from the dealership about two weeks ago. At first the finance/bank wanted to void and null the contract because the paperwork wasn't sent to them. Today, the bank called and said that contract was a go because they had received the paperwork from the dealership. They also wanted to know basic things about the car, but I couldn't tell them cause the car has been in the shop for the past week and a half (transmission needs to be fixed). Also, today the warranty company called and said that I was responsible for the cost of the transmission being fixed because it was sent to an unauthorized specialty shop. I told them I wasn't paying because I sent it back to the dealership and the dealership sent it to that specialty place to be fixed. I want to know who is responsible for fixing and paying for the transmission. Keep in mind that this car has a 90 day warranty and this falls well within the 90 days.

    Thanks for any responses :)

  • Not sure what to do?

I'm getting married on June 21 2008. I have no problem with keeping on the dress for the reception, it's the part afterwards. My fiance and I are thinking about staying at a hotel an hour away from the reception. Not to mention it would put us closer to our new home ( which would be 6 hrs away). Has anybody stayed in their wedding dress until they reached their hotel destination? I wouldn't have a problem if the hotel had the rooms on the outside, but since the rooms are in the inside of the hotel (Hard Rock Casino and Hotel) I think I would feel a little akward walking in with a big wedding dress on.

  • Am I too old?

I always wanted to learn how to do backflips, backbends, etc. I don't want to do it competively but as something fun and maybe fitness wise, not to mention to work on my flexibility. I do have an athletic background and was wondering at 24, would that be too late for me to start?

  • Fertility Question?

I know that an irregular cycle can cause a decrease chance in trying to conceive. My cycles are crazy! It's like I will have a normal cycle for about 2-3 months then I'll skip some months. The longest time being 3 months. During that time I would cramp sometime throughout the day, everyday. But the cramps would be geared toward the left side toward the pelvis. Last week, my cycle lasted for about 4 days but it was kinda light. It was strange to me cause the first day it was thick, dark red and had a somewhat stringy discharge (like melted cheese pulled apart). Hopefully, I'll be going to the doctor soon and will inquire about PCOS. I'm not trying to conceive now, but would like to in the next 2-3 years. If the doctor gives me a shot that will jump start my cycle, I would like to get on birth control to regulate it but, when that time comes for trying to conceive will the doctor just switch medications that increase my chances of conceiving?

  • Stop Soliciting Calls!?

My mom's co-worker has this problem. Between the times of 8:12-8:15 am every morning (incl Sat and Sun) she gets a phone call of a pre recording of a minister. The numbers that show up are 866-907-3537 and 186-690-7353 (yes the last number is correct!) However, when you call the toll free number back it says that the number is disconnected or no longer in service. When she called her phone company (Bellsouth) about blocking the number, they were able to trace the call but couldn't do anything about it cause it was a soliciting number. Is there anything else she can do? Thanks!

  • What are some tips?

I'm getting married next July and was wondering what tips or advice could you give me. I am really interested in knowing are things better before you get married or after. And because of our situation, my fiance and I aren't able to go through the couple counseling before we get married.

  • Yahoo Messenger Problems?

I used to be able to do this but I can't anymore. My problems are: when I use the "send file" feature, the status bar never moves and eventually it says that an error has occurred. Also, when I do the "sharing photos" feature when I upload them they are crystal clear on my end, but ppl on the other end say that the pics are fuzzy. Also, in regards to the send file problem if someone tries to send me a file, it does the same thing. I have deleted and re-install YM on my laptop. And currently I am using 8.1

  • Can I Teach?

I have two questions: Question 1 is even though my degree will not be in education, if I still take the Praxis to be certified can I still teach? Question 2 is that I have taken a lot of biology classes ( 4 classes away from graduating) but I changed my major( a long story), but I do enjoy Biology. Even though my degree will not be in Biology, if I still take the Praxis would I be able to teach Biology? (If the score that I receive is passing?)
