Am I too old?

I always wanted to learn how to do backflips, backbends, etc. I don't want to do it competively but as something fun and maybe fitness wise, not to mention to work on my flexibility. I do have an athletic background and was wondering at 24, would that be too late for me to start?

No, you're not too old! You're only 24 anyway. Just a few minutes ago I read about a grandmother who took up martial arts with her 13 year old granddaughter. As with anything, one may have to work up to what ever level one would like to achieve, but that is to be expected for anyone. Train and see how it goes. If people became too old to practice such things, then there would be no adult instructors. Do it!

Youre never to old to learn things like that. It may take a while to get to where you want to be but you just have to be patient. And 24 isnt even old! I say go for it, its defiatnely a get exercise and hobby.
