Microsoft Excel help?
Can someone completely explain how to use Excel to me? Its been on my computer with my Office package forever, but I'm going to start using it. I mean, like this is literally the first time I've opened the program.
Yea, thanks for the help, Sean S. Actually, my question is very specific. It asks,"Can someone completely explain how to use Excel to me?" Lee T completely answered it by giving me a link.

Your question is a little vague. Excel is a spreadsheet program, so it is designed to store information into columns and rows. You can use it to sum, substract, multiply, etc. values (in otherwords it can be a very powerful calculator). It can be used to make forms, etc.
What do you want to use it for? It really isn't that fun of a program unless you have a specific use for it. It's kinda like opening Word and just playing with it, unless you plan on writing something, Word is boring.

It would take 3 days to give you a basic answer.
Suffice to say, it will make your life so much easier and is actually fun to work with.
It's a mathematics based program but you can use it as word processor, database, etc., etc.
Open it up and go to the tutorial. Very Friendly
Good luck
