Squeaking noise on my honda?

I have a 87 honda accord and then left front tire area squeaks when you put pressure on the car pushing it down or when it hits a bump. When I turn the steering wheel even when the car is not moving or running it squeaks. I sprayed it with some lubricant but it still squeaks what could be causing this?

Update:

there are no struts on an accord only springs. It is not a belt as it is coming from steering the car only. It doesn't have to be running at all and it does it. The power steering fluid is where it needs to be.

Update 2:

I was told that the ball joint is rubbing and that it needs to be replaced and that the spring is just needing to be lubed. Does that sound right?

Sounds like two different issues to me.....

The squeak when you push down or when it hits a bump sounds like a dry strut seal or gasket - check along the strut wall to see if it seems damp. This could be a sign of a leak.

The steering wheel squeak is quite probably a loose power steering belt. DO NOT lubricate this belt - it needs to be tightened or replaced. It can be adjusted if you know how (there should be an adjustment bolt), but do NOT over-tighten when adjusting if doing it yourself - there needs to be about 1/2 to 1 inch of play after tightening is done. If over-tightened, you will ruin the power steering pulley which can be expensive to replace.....

    Good luck!!!

The bump rubbers, lower and upper seatings of the shock absorbers are shot, need to be replaced.

could be various things in a car belt for one thing, suspension is another.
