    us civil war is one that comes to mind or us revolution. sorry i dont have a current one cause i dont feel like researching.

    I think that would be the NATO invasion into former Yugoslavian territory in the late 1990s.

    There is no such thing as pre-emptive war...it is just a nice way to say Nation Building...what would the law do to you if you "thought" your neighbor was going to kill you, so you decided to kill them first...Who would go to prison...you or your neighbor?
