What are the rules for the front seat when teenagers are carpooling?

when i mean teenagers, i mean teenagers who can't drive.

so there is this kid in my carpool that always sits in the front, weather it be his mom's car or someone else's car. what are the rules for this?

There are no rules. I would say the driver has control over who sits where. If the person tends to get carsick, the front seat is a better place for him to sit. I would also point out that people in the back seat are safer in case of an accident.

Make them take turns. Don't allow just one kid hog the front seat.

Whoever drives makes decisions on who sits in front.
