I take a size 16 pants and need a size conversion?
ie, some pants size in 32. 34, ect. i need to know what 16 converts to.

Sizes like '32' and '34' refer to inches. If you get a tape measure and measure around the thickest point of your waist, that will be your size.
For a definite size, try on a pair of men's pants in a store (assuming you're Australian). Male trousers are measured in inches, and so whatever size the pants are will be your size.
