Yes, MaxFactor, Covergirl and Maybelline makes some, it's in a clear, pink and green bottle. You can buy it for pretty cheap at Fry's, Walgreens, Walmart, etc!

Yeahh, I don't know individual brands, but in the UK there's a shop called Bodycare and I saw an unbranded (I think) clear mascara, I've seen it in a million places actually, just go to any department store/chemist or something and youll find it:)
