Do I need a cool mist and a warm mist humidifier???

For my baby. He/she is coming in just a couple of weeks. Do you use both? Have both? Please share your parent knowledge with me. :-)

    Cool mist

We only use cool mist. It is safer to have around young children.

We use cool mist in our house. There's one in our room and one in our daughter's.

When it's really cold, we just make sure to have it pointing far away from her bed so it doesn't make her room too cool.

I've always heard that warm mist is better because there is less germs and mold. I would ask your pediatrician.
