  • Renaming burst PDF documents?

I need to take a multi-page PDF document, split it into individual pages and them renamed using a keyword from within the documents themselves. For instance, a 200 page document listing test results for 200 students (1 page per student). I want each page's title to be the student's name. Is this possible? I use PDFSAM for bursting/splitting them, but I can't rename in this way. All the renaming software I have found uses a set name that it applies to all the pages once they are split.

I am NOT a techie, so if this is possible, I need help in layman's terms.

  • Are these infantile seizures?

My 9 week old daughter has these "episodes" that we are going to have checked out. I have searched the internet and found nothing like them, so I don't know if that is good news or bad news. The pediatrician has set up an appt for and EEG to see if there is seizure activity. I am just curious to find out if anyone has seen anything like this (whether it's seizure related or not). Here's what she does: She suddenly clenches her fist and flexes every muscle in her body, holds her breath til her face turns dark red and her eyes water, and grimaces like she's in pain. This lasts for probably 5 seconds, then she releases and SCREAMS like she is in pain. She does not repeat the episode (like in infantile spasms). This is nothing like when kids push to relieve gas (I have 3 kids...I am very familiar with THAT look). She doesnt always do it every day. She did it 4 times today, however. The first one I witnessed happened when she was less than 2 weeks old.

  • excel vlookup question?

I am making a gradebook. I have a sheet that lists the course and their grades and I have vlookup codes on the actual gradebook page that pulls the course names and grades into two columns. But there is one course that gets its grades reported from elsewhere (I have a sheet with those grades on them). How do I tell the cell to pull the grade from sheet A for the courses, but IF cell such and such says "language", then pull the grade from sheet B?

  • Very small crossbody purse?

I have seen these out there...I know they exist, but I can't find where to buy one. I want a teensy tiny purse with a long strap I can wear over my shoulder and across my chest for when I go places that I don't want to keep up with a purse, but need those few essential items. I have seen small crossbody style purses, but they're are not like I want and are usually still too big. The ones I've seen and want are very VERY small. You can literally fit your cell phone, keys, a credit card or some cash and maybe a lipgloss, but nothing else. So like 6" X 6" or even smaller, like a wristlet. The ones I've seen are made of cloth, not leather, They are usually colorful and bohemian looking. Basically, when you have this on your shoulder you would barely notice it's there. I am in the North Dallas, Texas area. I have looked in Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Sears, Sam Moon, Claires, The Icing, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy...Thanks in advance!

  • What is this? I found it at our rent house.?

Okay, this will sound strange, no doubt. I am trying to put together pieces that don't fit (and may have nothing to do with each other). We found a big trash can full of sand. There were also these little red balls scattered everywhere. They look like dog food pellets but they are very hard, almost like clay or something or brick (kind of porous and rough). I didn't touch them with my hands since I don't know what they are, but I tried to step on one and mash it (thinking it was dog food) and it wouldn't mash. There were other strange findings, but I don't want to create a bias in any answers I might get...Does anyone have any clue what the red balls are and if they have anything connection to a need for sand? And any idea what you'd do with this???

  • Care Bears shirt-need one?

Nearly 4 yr old daughter is very into Care Bears. Need to find a Care Bears t-shirt in a very small size. XS small girls or a 4T. Birthday party is Saturday, which kind of eliminates getting one online in time. Know of any stores in Dallas, TX area that has them?

  • Three car seats in a Chevy Traverse?

We have 2 kids (almost 4yrs and 2yrs) and we are now expecting a 3rd child. We are looking at the Chevy Traverse and wondering if we will be able to make the whole car seat situation work with the bench seat or if we'll have to go to buckets in the middle row. The 4 year old can likely ride in the back row by the time the baby gets here, but can big car seat and an infant seat (or two big kid seats) fit side by side in the middle row if there is a bench seat or will they have to both be next to the door, leaving space in between (making it difficult to access that back row)? Anyone have a Traverse? I will likely just have to take the car seats up to the dealership and play around with them.

  • Cosmetology job scheduling?

I'm doing some research for a friend who is looking into a better paying job/carrer path. She is interested in cosmetology. However, she is pregnant and will have to work around the father's work schedule and must keep this in mind when considering jobs. Is it hard to find jobs at hair salons working only weekends? I know in some fields of work, employers seek those who can work weekends, others seek weekday work. She will need weekend (as the father's job takes him out of town frequently, so night work is out of the question).

  • Pre-natal insurance questions...?

I am doing everything I can to help a young lady who has recently discovered she is pregnant.(She is 6.5 weeks along now and we are in Texas, in case those details are needed.) She is covered by her father's insurance (Aetna) at the moment, but will likely be dropped in a few weeks for not being enrolled in school (she graduated high school last May). We are weighing all her options: Cobra vs. cost of minimum # of college hrs to stay covered under Aetna vs. getting a different job that has group insurance (she works at Sonic) etc. We obviously are looking for the cheapest solution since she does not make much. (The father is with her, but his insurance situation will not be helpful.) I've heard Starbucks has great insurance that is offered to employees who work an avg of 15/week. As I have always had prenatal coverage with my insurance while I was pregnant with my own two kids, this is uncharted territory for me. I know she could qualify for Medicaid, but that won't pay for an epidural (which I know she could live without, but is really preferred). If she's on Medicaid, can she save and pay for an epidural out of her own pocket??? Please, tell me anything and everything you know that would be helpful. Sorry for rambling. I have a million questions tangled up in my head right now about this.

Also, she is really interested in cosmetology. Does anyone who has/had Aetna know if there are specific "school" requirements for her to stay covered on her dad's Aetna?

    Thanks so much in advance!

  • wireless printing how to?

I want to print wirelessly. I want the easiest, cheapest way to do this. I'm clueless. I only really need to print on this particular printer from one laptop. My laptop is already connected to the internet wirelessly. Can I not plug one of those little wireless USB adapters into the printer? What are my options?

  • this may seem silly, but did it snow?

I actually have a good reason for this quesion...did it snow anywhere near Houston this past weekend? I am looking at a photo that someone sent in with an excuse for not doing something they were required to do. The photo was supposedly taken yesterday or within the last couple of days and there is snow on the ground. The person should have been in or headed to Houston, TX. So unless it snowed somehwere near Houston (probably northern part) then they are full of it!

I know this isn't a business question, but I wanted to ask Houston resdients...

  • Excel formula...help me make one, please?

I need to create a formula. ("Help" is useless...it's worse than reading a VCR manual)

    Here's what I need...

I am pulling grades for online courses. The information I export into my excel spreadsheet comes in the form of amount of progress (like the student is 64% through the course). I have to translate this into a grade (like on April 3, 64% progress is worth an 85 in the gradebook) I have the breakdown of progress vs. grade value. I will include it here. But I want a formula that will allow me to copy the column of progress info and paste it into a column where the formula there will convert it into the appropriate grade. With 45 sutdents and 9 differernt courses, you see how a formula would be a LIFE SAVER. Right now I have to type in the grades one by one. AHHHHHH!

    Here's the grade breakdown:

    66% or up =95

    63-65% = 85

    61-62% = 75

    59-60% = 65

    <59% = 60
