Silver Rose Wolf, I'd actually consider that a bassline and not a solo. Maybe that's just from my perspective.

The bass is good and heavy...maybe not a solo per say, but it rocks

Flea from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers always delivers awesome riffs for my money.

Herbie Flowers jams on Harry Nillson's "Jump Into The Fire".

Look for anything with Les claypool or Jaco Pastorius.

look for victor wootens solo albums, hes the bass player for bela fleck and the flecktones.
