I need weight loss support sights?
Maybe something like a forum where everyone supports each other. But i want to get a nice body for this summer. =] and i know i cant do it without support. So if any of you know/are willing to find a weight loss support sight for teens that would be much appreciated.
Oh And.I dont want anything like weight watchers, not anything that sends me food.

You can use it to track your diet and exercise, and there are many different support groups you can join, and they all have forums. It's completely free and I've been using it for almost a year now.

You might want to try visiting the weight loss section of the Reader’s Digest Web site. There, you’ll find tricks for beating hunger, fitness ideas, weight loss tools (including an activity calorie counter) and tips for eating out. There is also a discussion board where you can read and share dieting advice.

Healthy weight forum...its a great site!!! just type it in of google...There is some excellent supportive people on the forum, and different threads, like before and after pic threads, motivation, daily food diaries, and calorie counters, bmi and bmr calculators...try it!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
