I've got some .r and .d files on my memory card. I don't know what they are or how to view them.

Can anyone tell me how I can see what they are?

You can try opening them with notepad or wordpad (depending on size - anything over 10k open with wordpad), but they are likely to be just configuration files for whatever device you use with your memory card, and will probably open to show gobbldegook!

If you don't remove your mem stick correctly you can get some temp files on it. How they labeled are different depending on the stick. But if you didn't store the file then dont open it.
