What is this and what can I do someone is sending mail to me and say(congratulations you won) ?

it is lottery and say to me call your agent and take your prize.

Is all of them scamer?

    Sorry friend but there is no Microsoft, Yahoo other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information.The following sites give more information

    If you did not enter a contest, but win it, yes it is a scam. Never call or email them back, delete or mark the email as junk. I've won the spanish lottery once and the british lottery twice in the last month according to emails, but of course didn't enter either one.

    yea theyre all scams, dont even think to take them seriously. just click delete and dont waste any more of your time over this.
