ever used a NetiPot? I just got one, and I love it?

Yes I use one. I have sinus trouble, allergies, and chemical sensitivities, so my ENT suggested a solution for me to use and I bought one. Nose sprays never helped me, one prescription even made me worse-it contained fragrance.

It just takes a little practice to get used to one for new users. The water shouldn't shoot up into your nose. You need to tilt your head to the side and down a bit, so the water can run out. Be sure to breathe while using it. You can buy the saline packets, but for me the 'recipe' my ENT dr gave me works better, since I am so sensitive. It really does clean out the sinus. ---Luvs

When I read your question I didn't know what a NetiPot was so I checked it out to find out, and now I know. I have never used one but my daughter talked about it when I was at her house. I think I will try it as it sounds like it might be a good idea.

I have not used one but have heard many good things about it. The one time I was going to try it the store had sold out of them. I guess it was on Oprah and that prompted a huge surge in sales.

It's not as bad as I thought that it might be, but my sinuses are so clogged that free flow is very difficult.

But it does work. And, hopefully, it will help flush them out (60 years of build up might take a while).

Do you. I hear Oprah Winfrey swears by them and sales have really picked up on them. I might get brave and try one myself.

Can you breath better? I used to hold my head under a faucet to do a similar type of nasal cleansing!
