Does Anyone Know of a Natural Remedy for Gas?

I have recently switched to a healthy high-fiber diet. I feel great and have lost weight but I have embarrassing (and smelly) gas. Besides Beano (which is expensive), are there any other natural remedies for flatulence?

    Take a table spoon of cooking vinegar. I hear it's best to do before eating gassy foods.
