pretty much everyone is right on. Alcohol is very dehydrating. To keep from getting so dehydrated drink plenty of water during the day before the night you are going out. While at the bar/club alternate drinks from alcohol and water and then when your home drink at least 20 oz water before you go to sleep. This should also help from getting a hangover as well.

You need to switch off and drink water after you drink alcohol. Like have a beer, then have a glass of water. Alcohol is dehydrating.

There are two reasons. 1) dehydration and 2) many people tend to sleep in one position when they've been out drinking and they sleep with their mouth open because the body becomes so relaxed. This frequently causes dry mouth & throat.

Alcohol will dehydrate you. You can try drinking a glass of water after every drink you finish, that should help.

    Alcohol makes your body dehydrated.

Drink plenty of water when you are drinking and a ton of water when you go to bed. Just water or Gatorade, not milk.

    Hi,

    You can do this.

Have a fruit juice - like orange or pine apple or grape or melon after every drink and have water in between. Space the drinks also. Make the fruit juices sugar free.

    Cheers..
