Breast Tenderness.?

It seems as the weeks go by, the pain gets WORSE and WORSE!!!

What did ya'll do to ease the constant discomfort?

    I've never tried and I'm not sure about during pregnancy but I know while breastfeeding they tell you put cool cabbage leaves on your breast to relieve the pain. Try that!!

    there isn't much I find not wearing a bra when I'm in my house makes them feel better, when they are confined in the bra they get worse the long they in there.
