she just gave birth 6 weeks ago however, her tummy still bulging like she is still pregnant on her first trimester. how can she get rid of this? i understand its yet the appropriate time to do some jogging or exercising yet.. any tip from y'all...

After 6 weeks she can start exercising again.... get her starting out with walking and light jogs - this helps trim the belly. Is she breastfeeding? What does her diet consist of? She should be eating healthy too! It will all come off in time, but she has to work at it too!

That will GO AWAY. Mine did. She can start exercising now since it has been six weeks. Sit ups and crunches will work. She can exercise now. Pilates DID GREAT for my post baby belly
