contraction?
my sister has been feeling some light contraction, should she push while they come? shes 38 weeks and 1 day , would it help things come alone?, there only 15 mins apart only 2 so far,

She's probably having braxton hicks contractions. These are just like practice contractions. The only time that you should push whilst having a contraction is if you're actually in labour and fully dilated, otherwise there is a very good chance that she would tear, or in the case that she's having braxton hicks and not actually in labour she'd probably just break wind!
I'm assuming that this is her first baby? When you are actually in labour your body knows when to push, in fact when it's time to push it's like an overwhelming urge!

No. You should never push until your medical pro gives you the okay. Pushing before your cervix is ready can really do alot of damage. 2 contractions 15 minutes apart really isn't anything yet. She should follow her dr's instructions on when to call ie..how many minutes apart, how long each contraction....etc.
