What temperature does your computer system have to be cooled at by the fan?
My local temp is 48 degrees and my Remote is 58. Is that acceptable or not?

°F or °C?
It depends on your cpu.
If it is pretty recent, it should be able to resist temps of 70-90°C.
If you are concerned about your cpu temperature, you can buy a aftermarket cooler.

Depends on the maximum temp for the processor. Graphic cards have a maximum temp also, but I would worry about the processor first. How to know? "Google' your processors name with Maximum temp added to it.

lol if it is that hot you should forget about casing , just put every thing on table and turn on a/c ....... but this just temporarry measure i tryed it >> as i `m saving to buy better fan ,,,, still this is only tempoarry measure before buying new fan ,

that temperature is hot . . it must not be higher than 36 degrees . . .try to open your casing to inhibit cooling
