Use 'zillatube'

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Ensure you use dvd conversion setting to convert to better quality mpg video format.

Then put those videos onto a cd/dvd.

Quicktime files will not run on dvd format only mpeg2-4 are dvd compatible. I don't think nero vision express will convert them to mpeg but you could try i use Ulead dvd creator and never had any problems at all with this excelent software.
