There is a law banning doctors to share patient information with anyone that the patient doesn't want to know. More then likely your doctor will strongly advise you to tell your mom, but he can't and he won't.

I'm sure they will since you are probably under eighteen but your mom will find out either way. She was pregnant with you and will know if you are or aren't. I also think it would be that if you are, that you just tell her ASAP that way she has more time to get used to t he idea or more time to give you time to think about what you're going to do depending on if she is willing to help or not. A planned parenthood clinic is your best bet for privacy. You can even go anonymously. If you go to a family doc, ask for privacy first

In WA I know if you are 13 and under they can tell your parents. Once you are 14 they cannot legally tell anyone.
