Do you think when we get to heaven we will be forced to reconnect with those we alienated during our lifetime?
Do you think it is better to talk to each other here and now, or end up having no choice but to reconnect with those we alienate once we get to heaven? I see it too often, family and friends who think they have a "good enough" reason to stop talking to someone!
I am not asking if there is a heaven or hell!
The only problem with trying to make up is figuring out what I did wrong!

I don't think you'll be "forced". Both you and those who you were alienated from's former lives have passed away.
You are the same but different in that if all are indeed in the same place and seeing the face of God, those earthly arguments mean nothing.
But, if possible, try to make up in this life just to make life here more bearable.
That's my take on it anyway.

Don't worry. There is no animosity in Heaven.
Your life on earth is but a spec compared to eternity. But, why wait. Do you really want those you leave behind to wish things had been different. The stronger person will make the first move to patch the relationship.

If we live on this earth today might as well make the best of it and talk to the people we love here. No matter what the Bible says, none of us knows what occurs in the afterlife.

You don't need to figure out anything. Just call up and say how have you been, I have been thinking about you.
It really is that simple.
If you get a rude response just say it sounds like your busy. Call me sometime when you can talk, I miss you.
Love and blessings Don
