Has anyone else used a dangling needle & thread to improve correct sexing of birds, reptiles or plants ?

    1. Why would you check the gender of a plant? They are asexual as far as I know.

    2. If you or your pet is having a baby, just ask me if it'll be a boy or girl. I'm right almost 50% of the time!

    No. The only proven way to determine the gender of a reptile is guessing from the size, shape and presence/lack of sex glands under the rear legs. The only GUARANTEED way to KNOW the gender of a lizard is to wait until it lays eggs and then you know it's female.
