Roddick vs Nadal in the Quarterfinal who do you like?

I am currently watching Andy Roddick's match on ESPN 2 and they were talking about the possibility of Roddick and Nadal meeting in the Quarterfinal. I pick Nadal over Roddick in that match if they got that far.

The last time they played (Indian Wells), Nadal destroyed him. Roddick doesn't have the game to handle Nadal's groundstrokes.

what the hell are people tlkin bout..Nadal doesn't have the game to beat Roddick!! Now that's retarded!! As much as i don't like mentioning Roger's losses who do you think beat him at miami and whats the other one called...in 2006 which broke like a huge streak Roger had going after pretty much winning everything after losing the French Open final to Nadal? Nadal is the guy who did that if you haven't figured it out already. This match would be a very physical match...a physical match in which Roddick would definitely get out muscled (i'm not saying this cuz Nadal actually has more muscles that roddick lolz). They have played before and Roddick's big serve didn't play much of a factor in him losing any less so don't even count that in. Lets see...big shots...Roddick has some big shots probably just as big or even bigger than Nadal's but they are no way near consistent enough to inflict damage on Nadal. Now to hustlin...it's obvious that Nadal is a great hustler of the ball and he will run everything down if he can while Roddick on the other hand has openly admitted that he is not likely going to beat Roger hustlin so chances are he won't be able to beat Nadal like that either...there are other parts of Andy's game which he has developed but he is still so limited as a player that there is very little he would be able to do against Nadal who is well on his way to becoming a legend in the sport. But though i respect both men i don't like them...but if i wanted one of them to win i would choose Roddick just because maybe he can reach the final so they can just hand the thropy to Roger lolz but that is very unlikely going to happen because there is very little chance Roddick is going to make it past the quarters...if that far...well i hope this makes your day...take care

    I'll be watching that game!

Will Nadal handle Roddick's serve? Will Roddick get pushed back and forth by Nadal's corner to corner game?

If I had to put money on it, I'd put money on Nadal: 6-4, 7-6, 3-6, 6-2

First of all, you are assuming a great deal. You are assuming that Roddick will handily dispatch Philipp Kohlschreiber in round three. Think again. Kohlschreiber is currently second in the race standings, and has achieved a personal world ranking high of 27th place. This season he is 9 - 1, having lost only to Ljubicic. Granted Kohlschreiber is 0-2 lifetime against Roddick, but these sorts of records are rather meaningless. Kohlschreiber was also winless against Monaco and Ferrero and beat them BOTH at the Heineken Open last week, which he won. So I expect the Roddick-Kohlschreiber match to be incredibly competitive, and would not be at all suprised if Kohlschreiber won.

Nadal is going to win FAST!!!

I want the american to win, because it's been looking bad for us.

Realistically Roddick has no chance, Nadal has that killer instinct!!
