Is Denzel Washington a lousy actor?

Denzel Washington is a good actor, but like many Hollywood actors he sometimes "phones it in," and sometimes plays roles that are very similar.

If you want to see him at his best, watch the film Glory, which won him his first Academy Award. He was phenomenal! Then watch Malcolm X or The Hurricane, both of which showed again how good he can be.

No way, Hes an amazing actor. I love him, hes like in this 50 and sooooooo incredibly sexy i mean soooo sexy. Not just his looks is sexy his voice is sexy, he acts sexy too!! Why is he so sexy!?

I think Denzel presence in the movie is strong because hes such a strong actor, that he being cast as the protagonist which maybe the reason why he always seem to play the same kind of roles. But Denzel has been there done that, we seen all his levels of acting from the angel in The Preacher's Wife to the corrupt Cop in Training day. So there is no doubt that Denzel can be more then just the Serious semi-angry /angry black guy.

And oh yeah did i mention hes sexy?

Denzel Washington is a great actor. I try not to miss his movies. All his movies has substance and a good story line.

that's impossible to %. who's a extra powerful actor, through fact it relies upon on the script, the director, the enhancing, the size of the objective audience interior the theatre, etc, etc. the entire thought of chosing a proper actor is ridiculous through fact they're working with all those variables. you may in basic terms decide the common of an actor in a particular function,in case you be responsive to what the factors of sturdy appearing are. i could be keen to guess which you do not. (And, sure, i think of the Academy Awards are a guy made exposure stunt designed to sell tickets to video clips.)

I really enjoy Denzel. In fact, if my husband goes to the video store without me, I usually say, "Anything with Denzel is okay with me!"

I thinkhe is a great actor. He makes the audience empathize with him regardless of hischaracter.

I agree though that he should do more villaneous characters. I cant believe that he is 53 years old though.? He sure doesn't look it.

He's an amazing actor, with diverse acting experience who deserves any amazing merit he receives :D

I think he is one the best actors! Good guy, bad guy - he can take on any role and is authentic.
