Which is the best college/University for pursuing Economics in india?
I'm looking for a college to get a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Preferably in Mumbai, but more so In India.

For bachelor's in economics the best ones are:
1.Delhi University colleges
Top colleges in the delhi university system - all colleges have the same curriculam/courses but the top colleges have better faculty teaching those courses.(Sriram college for commerce - SRCC, lady sriram college - LSR - only for women,hansraj college, st. stephens, hindu college, miranda house - only for women)
2. St. Xaviers, Presidency in Calcutta.
The courses within the bachelors program are rigorous, updated in line with research in economics, many of their students go on to grad schools (delhi school of economics, delhi university, US Ivy league colleges)
