If the person running the business had a viable product and was put under for some other reason then it would be sad news. However, a business claiming to tell the future going under for unforseen circumstances is humor. Check with a few comedians. This is considered humor. Irony might be a good word for it.

and what is so appealing or amusing??
maybe you'd love it if you had your own business someday and then somebody made a joke out of your misfortune! i think its sad when a person loses his or her business, ive seen it happen!
but like they say....karma....it goes around and it comes around.
