How can i put the songs on my ipod into my new itunes library?

Here's the deal, my computer had something wrong with it so my dad decided to erase EVERYTHING and that included my itunes library. All the songs are still in my ipod but i want to put them back into the itunes library. Im afraid that if i sync it ill loose all of my songs. Is there any FREE program that can help me tranfer them?

Update:

I already tried idump and it only let me transfer 40 songs because it was a trial. 0h and i have absolutely no songs in the itunes library

In the past i have used a program called idump which can be downloaded here.

Yes there is.  Don't sync your iPod now, or you'll be seriously fsucked.
