I have self knowledge in computers but I lack degree's and certifications. Of course companies do not want to hire me because I lack experience but if I were to get a opportunity I would be able to do better than the senior it supervisors. How do I get hired? and how do I move up faster to get the $120,000 pay I deserve? Advise is needed thanks...

One approach is to sign up as a programmer with Rent A Coder and bid on programming jobs with which you can develop a portfolio of accomplishments. Rentacoder.com does not charge for your membership, but they will collect 15 percent of your contracts when you finish a job and get paid. Be sure to read the rules carefully and follow them strictly. The rules are there to protect both buyers and sellers of computer programming services. If you are as good as you think you are, you will soon develop a high rating from people whose work you completed.
You will deserve the $120,000 income when you gain experience and show that you can perform at a $120,000 level. That does not happen overnight. A senior technician with a masters degree in computer science working for Oracle earns about $85,000, so based on your limited description of your background, you deserve about $35,000, not $120,000. Many people sign up with rentacoder.com and bid low on jobs just to gain the experience they need so they can market themselves at a higher pay. Good luck.

In order for you to get hired or even be able to be considered you will need to be able to sell yourself to that company. Even tho a degree or certifications might not actually make your smarter or better but it does show that you have committed time and effort to learn. Its difficult to prove to interviewers how hard working you are without the degree or certifications.
I think the fastest way for you to get ahead would be getting certifications since they generally do not have many prereqs so its not difficult to attain. Getting a degree will of course take 3-5 years depending on how dedicated you are.
I would say its rather hard to get 120k without having a degree so i suggest trying to get it as fast as possible. From what i read there arent many certifications that are good enough to replace a degree. The one i know that is actually really sought out for is the CCIE certification however, that certification cost i believe $2000 to take and only about 12000 people in the world have it.
To sum it up your best bet for now is to go after entry level certifications A+, or CCNA and that will help get into entry levels jobs at companies. While your at that go for your degree in comp eng, comp sci or info systems.

Most place will not hire you without atleast an A+ certificate. These are very simple to obtain especially if you already know the skills. Just a simple two part test . Part 1 focusing on Hardware, Part 2 focusing on Operating Systems.
