If I had 9 charge off credit reports within 6 years to my credit bureas and I was able to get a cheap credit card but didnt pay it in time so make that 10 charged off reports to my credit bureas oh so that lowered my score under 450! My biggest question is If I pay off all my debt with settle mounts and get some of them taken off my report wait 4 months after will I be able to get a credit card? After having a horrible credit history in america?

I established credit back in 01 and 02, but unfortunaetly I never made one payment to the 7 credit cards, hospital bill, and 3 other credit deliquincy reports on my trans credit report. anyways i'm guessing if I pay all my debt a total of $8,000 is not a good idea, for the reason that my credit will soon be erased and nothing will be reported again? Is this correct and do I get to start off fresh? just with a lower credit card score??

Everytime I work out my stomach, My stomach tighten's up really bad, it freakin hurt's. I eat right and I drink alot of water. I do all types of sit-ups, then I encounter this problem, does this mean I have bacteria in my stomach or is it because I'm fat 239lbs @ 5'7 (I quit drinking beer) and I eat healty. Does anybody know why?

There are over 500 supplement's. I know by combining 2 of them or possibly 3, there's a greater chance of burning fat and building muscle within a short period of time without taking steriods. Anybody know which supplments can almost be accurate to this? I use to take Joe Weider 60g of protien with HotStuff but I choose to try the new stuff, any suggestions?
