Is their a solution to my (Abdominal) problem?
Everytime I work out my stomach, My stomach tighten's up really bad, it freakin hurt's. I eat right and I drink alot of water. I do all types of sit-ups, then I encounter this problem, does this mean I have bacteria in my stomach or is it because I'm fat 239lbs @ 5'7 (I quit drinking beer) and I eat healty. Does anybody know why?

There is a little war going on between the muscles of the abdomen and layers of fat which melt only at the folds to occupy the space vacated by the thick fat layer before your sit ups and other warming and bending exercises started. This will soon solve itself.Keep up your regime and the frequency.

Sounds like muscle spasms try some stretching excerises before you work out then after some cool down excerises.
Good Luck

Is it muscular or something in your gastrointestinal tract? You didn't supply enough detail for me to be sure...
If it's muscular, try doing some abdominal stretching after exercise.
