Biggest question!?
If I had 9 charge off credit reports within 6 years to my credit bureas and I was able to get a cheap credit card but didnt pay it in time so make that 10 charged off reports to my credit bureas oh so that lowered my score under 450! My biggest question is If I pay off all my debt with settle mounts and get some of them taken off my report wait 4 months after will I be able to get a credit card? After having a horrible credit history in america?

(I'll assume credit reports = accounts/trade lines; credit bureaus = credit reports; and charge-off = collections). Assuming you paid them all off and negotiated that they be removed as a condition, this is what I would suggest to begin rebuilding your credit. It's a good idea to approach your credit union first. They have more lenient lending terms for their members. Credit unions typically pay attention to your Experian score. You next step would be to try a department store (i.e. Macy's, JCPenny, etc.) for a line there. They have a tendency to start you off with a low limit (i.e. $100.00USD, $200.00USD) although with on-time payments on purchases, you'll see that limit raise significantly over time. Lastly, companies like Providian, Orchard Bank, and First Premier bank have websites that can offer you credit cards that are perfect for credit-builders. They typically have high application fees but can offer you start in the right direction. Getting good credit isn't always easy or cheap. Good luck.
