Our company's vacation policy in a nut shell is as follows:

    1. You will be entitled to a minimum of 5 days vacation after six months of employment.

    2. You will be entitled to a minimum of 10 days vacation after 1 year reckoned from the day you were entitled to 5 days vacation. Then additional 10 days yearly thereafter up to a maximum of 60 days. This means you get 60 days vacation every year thereafter. You need to use your vacation in excess of 60 days, otherwise it is forfeited, any unused vacation not more than 60 days is convertible to cash upon separation from the company.

Well that's about it. I hope I was able to help you.

All union employees are entitled to 15 days vacation per calendar year upon starting with the company as well as 5 personal days. All vacations are subject to availability/approval. If you start with the company mid-year, vacation entitlement is pro-rated.
