Because we are WAY too lenient on our creeps. Maybe a new President will change that? Probably not. :(

That's what I want to know, a man I know was give 4 years in jail. He is out in less then 2 year on parole with no alcohol and get a job. All he does is lay around the house sipping on whiskey and not even looking for a job. When I was on probation, I had to see a doctor and pay for it myself which meant I had to have a job. If I did not I would go to jail. To if they say you have to do this or go to jail, then back it up put him back in jail.

The Parole systems are overwhelmed in all states by over crowding and pressure to alleviate it, doesn't make it right but some bad ones are released to make room for some non-violent offenders.

They should not be allowed to refuse the treatment, if they ever want to get released they should be required to take it.
