why am i not a top contributor when i have 31% best answers in 1 area?

    It is probably true you have 31% best answer in one category, but are you an active contributor? Maybe not. Below I have provided you a link to one of my answers regarding on how to become a TC. I hope you benefit from it.

    TC goes by on your recent activity

    you have to answer a certain amount of questions to have it and keep it
