what is the cheepest and fastest diet?

if you have an actual experience please explain.

    lean cuisine really works . but you have to be willing to change your way of eating and exercising remember if you want to lose weight bad enough you'll do it if not theirs no point in trying you'll just give up and think bad of you self .

    So if your head strong about it do it , if not forget it .

    well what i did was cut out bread, some rice, some pasta, cut out pastries like cake, i stopped drinking a lot of soda, hence i feel a lot less bloated, but i drink a lot of seltzer, less salt less sugar, cut out a lot of fried foods, stopped eating junk foods. I once in awhile allow room for those that i have eliminated as a cheat for the weekends but very moderately. exercise and drink protein shakes, protein bars and simply watch what I eat from time to time. I never starve myself but I also never deprive myself of life's most precious foods that I can actually crave for. be smart and eat moderately. i used to weigh 255lbs and went down to 240lbs. i bike ride to and from home and work during the summers and eat salads for lunch and protein shakes during the day. on the weekends like i said I'll use one of my eliminated foods as a reward/cheat food for myself. Always reward yourself with something you like as a job well done.
