So long as the child has a happy, safe environment to live in it shouldn't matter who the parents are. Personally I don't like children and wouldn't want one, but many people do and if adoption is their only means of becoming a parent it shouldn't be denied them.

As long as the child that is being adopted is adopted by two people who love each other and teach that child love and respect any couple regardless of orientation I don't see the issue.

there has been gays raising kids since the 60's and we still don't have an army of emotionally damage kids. The idea that a child is going to be gay just because their parents are gay is just ridiculous. Adoption is a beautiful thing and anybody willing to give love and attention to a child in need should be allow to do it.

I think that if a couple want to raise a child then wheather they are gay or heterosexual shouldn't matter. Why should they be stopped from having a child? Anyway, don't you think a child would be happier with loving parents rather than in a care home

I'm afraid that the first generation of childs adopted by gays will be blamed by the non gay, but I think that it's better to have some gay parents than to be alone.
And the experience shows that it's not because your parents are gay that you will be gay.

Nothing against it if anything i think it can be better because then the child will grow up with an open mind which is a good thing to have in this world. Besides it doesn't matter what your sexually orientation is as long as they love the child and provide for it.

GLBT people should not be denied the right to adopt,, GLBT people are not asking for a special right to adopt they are just asking for equal rights.

i don't think anything different than i do about any adoption. it's adoption for pete's sake. a child is welcomed into a loving family that will care for him/her. this question doesn't really make sense to me.

any person that can open their door to a child and bring it up as their own is a good person, whether gay or not.

Me and my partner have raised five children. They are open minded well adjusted adults. As long as children are loved and see love between their "parents" all will be well.
