I don't even know what triggered it this time.. last time I had a massive argument with someone I live with and that triggered it but this time I was just feeling stressed out, started panicking and it just happened. A couple of weeks ago I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with depression and am now on the waiting list for a psychiatrist but I don't know what to do in the meantime because it is probably going to take a few months or so. I don't want to tell my parents so I can't really go back to the doctor.. I just don't know what to do any more.

I'm sorry I posted this on here.. I just need to vent.
