What format do I need to download music in to transfer to CD to play on My car CD player.?

The CD player's a bit old fashioned!

    if you download in cda or wav or wave they will all play on a non mp3 player

    well, technically anything that can be played by Windows Media Player or iTunes (Quicktime) or Realplayer can be played in a cars CD player, If you can..... just copy a few songs from windows media player, quicktime, or realplayer. then when your about to go somewhere bring the CD of your favourite songs and insert the disk into the CD player, it should work but i know it will.

    mp3 is best. but you will need to make sure that your car cd player can play the actual discs (cd-r / cd+r / cd-rw) as older ones may not.
