2) Look for the input text box on the middle page

3) write the website you'd like to unblock and click on the surf button

Well it is a USB worm infection on your system. It usually spreads through USB drives. To remove it try the following

1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to summon up Windows Task Manager.

2) Go to the Processes tab.

3) Look for and terminate svchost.exe that goes with your username. Note that svchost.exe with the name "SYSTEM", "Local Service" and "Network Service" are all legitimate and should not be removed.

4) Now navigate to and delete the following folder if present: C:\heap41a\

The folder heap41a is mostly superhidden

well that a virus anyway there is a way to remove it by deleting heap.4.0 but i suggest you keep a windows install disk nearby

in the mean time try using a proxy server as a temporary solution

some one els useing ur computer run a virus scan and ask around on who goes on ur computer and try reinstalling it

First do the following simple three steps:

step 1:

Press start>>run>> & type regedit.

IN this box explore the following path:

MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\

Software\Microsoft\Windows\

CurrentVersion\Explorer\

Advanced

After this on the right side change the value of -hidden-by right clicking on it & select modify. Then change the value to 1.

press ok & close the Registory Editor.

Step 2:

Now open the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\MicrosoftPowerPoint

Delete the whole data (all files) in it.(You can keep 2.mp3 if you really liked the sound of MUHAHAHA!!!!!!!)

Step 3:

(Note: This step is to settle down defects which werw made by MUHAHAHA virus)
