You cannot contact another member of YA if s/he has not enabled e mail/IM through YA.
I may politely point out that the answer given by you to the question posed by the person mentioned by you, and your comments on her resolved question, are not appropriate. That question could be categorized as 'chat' and might get deleted.

Chou Enlei is dead - the real one is dead, anyways. Is yahoo allowing blatant lies in screen ids? i hope not!
