Who were Sunday's winners and losers?

My Winners:

Phillip Rivers - showed toughness and played through injury

Antonio Gates - also played through injury that should have kept him sidelined

Lawrence Maroney - almost single-handedly beating the Chargers

Eli Manning - proving himself as more than just Peyton's little brother

The Giants - Winning 10 straight road games including Cowboys & Packers

My Losers:

LaDanian Tomlinson - keeping warm while watching Rivers and Gates play through more serious injuries

Randy Moss - only 2 catches in two playoff games

Brett Favre - only 21 yards passing in second half and OT, and looking VERY, VERY cold

Norv Turner - some questionable decisions in second half

I would add Kevin Faulk and Plaxico Burress to the winners, as well as the Giants and Pats defense, and the Pats offensive line, who got Maroney many of his yards. I also thought Castillo played great for the chargers.

I don't think Moss lost, he took away 2 defenders on most plays, allowing others to shine.

I would add Merriman to the losers. he did almost nothing.

Finally, I don't know what to do about the Giant's kicking team.

You sir, are a complete retard. Not the typical retard, but the retard that other retards point out and make fun of.

You call rivers a winner, and Moss a loser?

Come on, why show your stupidity to the country on a question and answer site. Yours really wasn't a question anyway, was it?

Moss's team won. It's pretty tough to call him a loser. He doesn't need to put up numbers to be a factor in a game, as he draws double coverage or the attention of the safeties, allowing for others to get open or for the running game to be more effective. Don't forget about the one carry he had in addition to his catch. I think it went for about 14 yards.

My Winner was definitely the Pats Defense..Holding the Chargers to just field goals...I was glad to see the Chargers as a whole "show up" and put their hearts in it..

Loser is def SD's Nick Hardwick who whined and cried and called Seymour a dirty player..take your loss, go home, and remember that it's FOOTBALL and not mini golf....lol

Source(s): was at the game..still can't feel my toes...
