A good wash with dish detergent often helps mine. Remember to wipe outward from the center, not round and round.

There's a special pencil out that you use on CD's to get rid of scratches. I'm not sure where I saw it but try Wal*Mart back where the blank CD's are sold.

If possible, try copying the disk. For some reason that helps.
