BMI is bollocks. It bears no scientific relevance whatsoever.

My BMI used to be very good, right around a 17.5 to 18. That was for the last several years. Since then I retired from the USAF, quit smoking, been diagnosed with hypoglycemia, and got fat. I am still fairly fit, except I now am the proud owner of a big old belly!

Mine is in the overweight category, 87Kgs for 1.85m, but my body fat ratio is only 13% because of muscle bulk (weighs 4 times that of fat).
So I think BMI is not a good indicator.

14 months ago my Body Mass Index was 30.29.
I decided to change my lifestyle. The results are amazing.
My Body Mass Index now is 20.97.
