Wired Xbox 360 Controller - will it work for my PC games?
Does it only work for some games? I have Fable TLC, The Sims 2 and Oblivion.
Ps. I put in the set-up disk first. And all i've been able to do with it so far is press the Xbox icon for help.

If the games support DirectInput comptaible devices and joystics, then yes.
Make sure the controller works, by starting up the Control Panel in Windows and choosing the game controller icon. Test if all buttons and joysticks work, then start the game and configure it.

It should work with games that support controllers but the joysticks will be very sensitive as it is made for XInput games which I don't think any of those games listed are.
There aren't that many xinput games out at the moment so the vibration feature won't work.

it sould work for fable and oblivion defintly because oblivion is a xbox 360 game
but probably not for sims
